At Digital‑sys, the Film Separations category includes professional solutions for producing high-density opaque films used for exposure in screen printing, offset printing, flexography, and other processes requiring accurate and stable artwork.

Our systems, such as the 123CTF, use high-resolution inkjet technology up to 2880 dpi to generate films of laser-equivalent quality, with perfect registration and very low operating costs. Thanks to 123HDink (pigment) and 123HDinkN (dye) inks, the films obtained offer optimal opacity (up to D5), ideal for ensuring sharp and uniform images.

123Film polyester films, available in various formats (A2, A1, B2+, B1+, B0+, etc.), ensure excellent dimensional stability and can produce separations up to 150 lpi, suitable for four-color separations for offset, flexography, and screen printing.
