We service what we did not sell you
A workshop rarely runs on a single brand. Installation, repair, maintenance: we take on machines that came from elsewhere, instead of sending you back to a supplier who no longer answers.
Advice comes before the sale
We would rather sell you the machine that matches your real volumes than the most expensive one in the catalogue. Over-sizing costs you every month; under-sizing costs you every order you have to turn down.
Consumables and parts keep up
Inks, media, wear parts: a machine idle for want of a consumable costs as much as a breakdown. We hold stock on the references that move, and shipping is free from €300 excl. VAT.

A professional machine has several lives
New is not always the right answer. A well-built press or plotter lasts years beyond its first owner, provided it is properly refurbished and supported afterwards. That makes economic sense for a workshop starting out or adding a station — and plain sense in the face of machines scrapped far too early.
What we do before reselling
Functional inspection, replacement of wear parts, real printing or cutting tests. You know what was done to the machine before it reaches you.
And after the purchase
Second-hand only makes sense if the machine stays repairable: we only offer models whose parts and consumables we know we can source.

From the first question to production
01We start from what you produce
Volumes, substrates, lead times, workshop constraints. A demonstration on your own files beats a spec sheet: you see the result before you decide.
02We install and bring it into production
Delivery, assembly, connection, colour profiles and workflow. The machine does not leave us "to be configured later".
03We train the people who will use it
Getting started, routine maintenance, and above all the feature that justifies the investment. Short, focused training, repeated if your team changes.
04We stay reachable
Consumables, parts, a settings question on a Friday afternoon: you speak to someone who knows your machine and your workshop.

“We sell machines, but what our customers buy is the certainty that someone will answer when those machines stop.”
I founded Digital-sys in 2017 on a simple idea: in the graphics industry, the difference is no longer made on the price of the hardware, but on everything that comes after. Advice before the purchase, installation done properly, training, the part found for a machine the manufacturer has stopped supporting.
It is also why we stand behind refurbished second-hand equipment: a workshop starting out should not have to take on debt for new hardware to produce properly, and a machine that can still work has no business being scrapped.
