Development Based on a Real Market Issue
The development of Chroma started from a simple observation:
👉🏼 DTF printing relies on a balance between:
Printer + Ink + Film
For a long time, the ink was the weak link.
The main priorities were:
- Reducing clogging
- Stabilizing print performance
- Improving consistency
Then came the second step:
👉🏼 Enhancing color quality without sacrificing reliability.
That’s what led to the creation of Chroma.

How to convert your DTF Station Printer to Chroma Ink
Which Inks Should Be Used with Chroma Inks?
The conversion is only required for the CMYK inks.
The white ink remains the Color Prime - Color ink bottle (WHITE) for Prestige DTF printer (1000 ml).
For an 8-color machine, the additional RGBO inks also remain unchanged:

How to Convert Your Printer to Chroma Inks
The conversion can be carried out by yourself by following this video, provided you have basic technical skills.
This video shows the different steps required to remove the current CMYK inks from your printer and refill it with Color Prime Chroma DTF inks.
RIP Software Update
You will also need to update your RIP software (DigiRIP or NeoSTAMPA) and select the “Chroma” color profiles to fully benefit from the conversion to CHROMA inks.
👉🏼 Conversion service by our certified technician available on request.
If needed, our technical team can also perform the conversion directly at your premises, carry out the necessary checks to ensure your machine operates correctly, and install the new color profiles on your software.
