LS100EX — High-value variant
The LS100 EX doubles the engraving area (610×305 mm) and offers an optional Fibre laser source, for engraving metal in addition to plastic, wood and glass.

A wide range of consumables is available in our catalogue, along with two-layer materials in different colours for a contrasted, professional result.
INDUSTRIAL LASER FOR SERIES PRODUCTION
Its large size combined with gantry laser technology makes the LS100EX the ideal laser engraver for small-series production. Position your objects, plaques or parts to be engraved and create your engraving job with Gravostyle™ software. Several industrial functions are available, such as Matrix mode to reproduce your work across multiple plaques, with the ability to increment variables such as name or number lists. 2 LASER SOURCES AVAILABLE: CO2 AND FIBRE
Good laser performance comes from matching the laser source to the material being engraved. While a CO2 source is perfect for plastics and organic materials such as wood, paper, rubber, etc., a Fibre laser is better suited to metals. The LS100EX is available with a CO2 or a Fibre laser source, to adapt to all your applications.
KEY FEATURES
LS100Ex Energy 25W laser version
The LS100EX is also available in an "Energy" configuration for first-time buyers.
There's no compromise on quality — the machine's technical components are the same as for the other power levels. Only the maximum cutting thickness is reduced.
Example: the maximum cutting thickness on plexiglass is 8 mm.
It is ideal for cutting medium-sized signage and identification plaques, and for cutting acrylic and wood for simple applications in schools, Fablabs, etc.
Print&Cut function
Print&Cut is a function available on Gravotech machines, developed in partnership with Mimaki.
It's included as standard on most of our CO2 and Fibre lasers, or as an option on the Energy range.
Start by printing your chosen material — wood, plastic, acrylic or other.
Then detect the registration marks and let Gravostyle™ software handle the cutting!
