DTF Metallic Silver film turns a monochrome black print into a bright silver design: the premium effect your customers notice, with no white ink and no extra step.

A high-end effect, with no change to your line
No new equipment
Metallic silver usually calls for hot-foil stamping or special flex. Here it comes straight off your DTF line, compact or industrial, with the same print, powder, cure and press sequence.
Less ink, fewer settings
The design is printed in CMYK black only. No white layer to balance: faster printing, a simpler file, and white ink saved.
Comfortable to wear
The metallic finish keeps a soft touch. Cold peel gives you time to work cleanly, piece after piece.

How it works
01Prepare the file
Design in CMYK black (100% C, M, Y and K), no white. Open spaces of at least 6 mm, text of 17 pt minimum.
02Print
On the matte side of the film, white layer off, with your printer's or RIP's usual settings. Handle the film with gloves.
03Powder and cure
According to your powder, without exceeding 150 °C in an oven or 125 °C in an infrared shaker.
04Press
160 °C on cotton, 120 °C on polyester, 15 s, maximum pressure.
05Peel cold
Then fix (30 s according to the FOREVER sheet).

Good to know
For double-sided garments, pull the garment over the lower platen of the press: only the pressed side heats up and the first design is protected. If some coating transfers to the textile, remove it with application tape after fixing.
