Coffee, tea, confectionery, seeds, announcements, direct mail: your customers want packaging or envelopes in their own name, in quantities offset turns down. The Pro9431E prints directly onto white, coloured or textured paper bags, pouches and envelopes, and onto synthetic sheets, in full colour and with no set-up costs.

You load it, it produces
The feeder takes a stack of bags or up to 600 DL envelopes, and the conveyor collects and spreads out the printed pieces. Meanwhile, the operator gets on with other work.

The OKI digital LED head and ProQ4800 multi-level technology deliver sharp text and saturated solids at 1,200 × 1,200 dpi.

A full A3+ printer as well
Without the feeding system, the Pro9431E remains a production printer: A6 to SRA3 formats, cards up to 360 g/m², 1.32 m banners and duplex as standard.

A bag is not a sheet
Two to four layers of paper, folds, gussets, glued areas: the Pro9431E comes with three components designed for these media.
The inclined feeder
It separates the pieces one by one. Standard DL, C4, C5, C6 and C7 formats, and any size from 64 × 89 mm to 330 × 382 mm.
The dedicated envelope fuser
It reduces creasing and keeps the print consistent, even on large formats and thick constructions.
The conveyor
It receives the pieces at the output and spreads them out so they do not stick together. It also handles postcards, magnetic media, polyester films and heavy stocks.
Window envelopes are supported. The whole system is mounted on the printer cabinet.

Full colour on dark media, thanks to white toner!
On black envelopes, dark-coloured papers or brown bags, the OKI Pro9542E and Pro9541E lay down a white toner underbase beneath the CMYK: your colours stay vivid, whatever the background. The Pro9542E prints white and colour in a single pass; the Pro9541E also offers clear toner, for your spot varnish effects. On white papers and light media, the Pro9431E lays down its four colours directly, with sharp, saturated solids.
