DTF RS PRO 300T printer uses 2 Epson I3200 printheads and equipped with automatic powdering/baking/cooling/winder unit. It allows you to quickly produce high quality textile transfers on rolls up to 37 cm wide!

The high-end components and technologies equipping this printer make it a safe bet, capable of working continuously more than 12 hours a day, 7/7.

The textile transfers produced are incredibly flexible, fine and pleasant to the touch!
You can apply your transfers to many types of textiles: cotton, polyester, cotton/polyester, jeans, canvas, artificial leather and so on.

We no longer present the DTF, the advantage of digital without weeding, at very advantageous costs!

The operation…

The RS Pro 300T consists of a 4 color pigment printer (CMYK) which prints in mirror image on a transparent PET film. To ensure that the transfer is opaque, the printer also prints in white. The printed film then goes through a powder coater, where hot melt powder adhesive is applied to the film, in the next step the assembly is dried in a drying tunnel and winding wraps the final product .

The RS Pro 300T system consists of the following components:

• Two original Epson i3200 printheads
• The drying tunnel has a double drying system and therefore the ink is dried very well.
• The printheads are protected by the anti-crash system
• Top and bottom capping station
• The temperature can be set very precisely using a touch screen.
