⚙️ Instructions for Use

✔ Surface Preparation :

• Let the print dry for at least 24 hours before laminating.
• Apply to a clean, dry surface for optimal adhesion.

✔ Rolling Parameters (Cold Rolling) :

• Speed: 0 to 2.5 m/min
• Temperature: 20 to 35°C
• Pressure: 50 to 70 PSI
• Minimum application temperature: 8°C

✔ Avoid creases and bubbles:

• Adjust the rolling tension properly to prevent stretching or delamination.
• Use a silicone roller to remove air bubbles.
• Caution: Excessive voltage or excessive roller temperature can cause unwanted stretching of the film and the image.

✔ Double-sided :

• Double-sided lamination in a single pass is possible, but your laminator must be configured to handle two silicone-coated sheets.

📦 Storage and Shelf Life

📦 Storage :

• Store in a dry, temperate place (10–25°C, 35–65% RH).
• Avoid direct sunlight before use.

• 2 years under optimal storage conditions.
• Up to 2 years outdoors (depending on exposure conditions: south-facing orientation, industrial pollution, high altitude, etc.)
