A reinforced machine, built for continuous production
The CE8000's chassis has been made more rigid compared with the CE7000 to improve media feeding and cutting quality over long runs. The redesigned pinch rollers make it easier to adjust the feed force for each material, and a media-assist fan starts automatically as soon as the machine detects the roll, to keep thin films stable during cutting. The control panel combines a touch screen with mechanical keys, and the machine can send an email notification when a job finishes or if an error occurs — useful for unattended production.

CE8000-40 — the compact format
375 mm of usable cutting width, a desktop unit for workshops running small to medium runs of labels, lettering or flex.
CE8000-60 — the versatile format
603 mm of usable cutting width, on a stand with basket, for signage, small-area wraps and roll-fed DTF production.
CE8000-130 — the wide format
1270 mm of usable cutting width, for workshops cutting wide vehicle wrap, window tint film or large-format signage.

What's new compared with the CE7000
The CE8000 carries over the ARMS registration system that made the CE7000's reputation, and adds several mechanical and software improvements:
- Reinforced chassis for better media feeding and cutting quality;
- Redesigned pinch rollers, making feed-force adjustment easier;
- Media-assist fan, activated automatically when media is detected;
- Redesigned tool holder for faster blade changes;
- Wi-Fi connectivity available, absent on the CE7000;
- Email notifications at job completion or on error.
Graphtec Studio 2 and Cutting Master 5 software — included
The CE8000 is driven by two included software packages, shared across the whole Graphtec cutting range (including the Graphtec FC9000, for identical handling across your whole fleet):
- Graphtec Studio 2, a standalone creation and cutting-output tool, compatible with AI, CDR, PDF and DXF files, with object merging and vectorisation;
- Cutting Master 5, a plug-in for Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW, with synchronised cutting conditions, registration-mark placement, tiling, matrix copying and barcode management;
- Direct output from a USB flash drive (FAT32) for cutting without a connected computer, with barcode-driven production (DataLink) for unattended operation.
