The Gravotech LS100EX is a large-format laser engraving and cutting machine you install in your own workshop to produce signage, identification plates, stamps or personalised parts for your own customers. Its wide 610 x 305 mm marking area and gantry laser technology make it suited to short industrial runs as well as one-off pieces.

Available with a CO2 laser source (plastics, wood, organic materials) or a Fiber source (metals), and offered in an Energy version for a lower entry investment, the LS100EX runs on the same Gravostyle™ software ecosystem as the rest of the Gravotech range — from the M20X to the new LightSpeed 300.

An industrial machine built for the workshop and short-run production

The LS100EX (1025 x 725 x 450 mm, 70 kg CO2 / 66 kg Fiber) fits into an industrial or commercial environment, including an office setting. External accessibility and front loading make loading and swapping parts straightforward. The backlit engraving table gives a clear view of the work, and the operator adjusts the job and settings directly from the control panel. The smoke extractor and Air Assist function are built in and trigger automatically. Matrix mode reproduces the same job across several plates, automatically incrementing name or number lists — ideal for batches of plates or labels. The LS100EX is backed by Gravotech's training and technical support network, present in more than 50 countries through its own teams and distribution partners, including Digital-sys for the Benelux.

Gravostyle™ software — included

The LS100EX runs on Gravostyle™, Gravotech's engraving and cutting software, from a computer connected via USB:

• create and control your engraving and cutting jobs, with dedicated functions: Braille, Photostyle, Print & Cut, and more;
• Matrix mode to reproduce the same job across several plates, automatically incrementing name or number lists;
• the same Gravostyle™ software environment as the M20X mechanical engraving range and the new LightSpeed 300 generation, for a shared learning curve across your whole Gravotech fleet;
• Print & Cut function, developed with Mimaki, to automatically align cutting on a previously printed material.

Options and accessories

• Energy version (CO2 25 W), for a lower entry investment — same technical components, with a reduced maximum cutting thickness (e.g. 8 mm on acrylic)
• Print & Cut function, standard on most configurations, optional on the Energy version

The LightSpeed 300, Gravotech's new generation, keeps the same 610 x 305 mm marking area with higher speed and acceleration.
